Hi there, We are looking for a new roommate in our apartment in Delta Park, Vallenbaek strand. The room for rent is 14m2, and comes with a 2 beds and a wardrobe rack. The apartment is new and has a kitchen stove, oven, washing machine and dryer. There is also a basement you can use. Outside there is parking for both cars and bikes. The apartment is located next to the Vallenbaek train station and a commercial area with supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. The price for the room for one person is 5500 DKK per month, all included. The deposit is another 5000 DKK and with the last month prepaid, it will sum up to a total of 16000 DKK to pay up front. For 2 people, price is 6500 DKK per month, total of 18000 DKK as first payment. If you have any questions or are interested in the room, please don't hesitate to
