The furnished room is available for sublet to one person (no couples). It may be a possibility to extend the sublet. This is a vegetarian household. The apartment is a classic two-room apartment with wooden floors and stucco, covering an area of 50m². The space is cozy but basic, with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Minimalist furnishings as shown in the picture of the room. No smoking (neither indoors nor outdoors). No pets. No products containing perfume due to allergies. Available: 1. October 2024 - 1. April 2025 Room size: 15 m2 Monthly rent: 5000 DKK includes heating/water, gas, electricity and internet. Additional charges for utilities may arise due to fluctuating energy prices. Prepaid rent + deposit to be paid when signing the contract. I am seeking a friendly and calm sub-tenant who is mindful that due to the small and intimate size of the apartment, it is not suitable for partners to hang out or stay over. However, the space provides a safe and relaxed environment for someone who values privacy. Small talk here and there might be nice but I really don’t expect my tenants to become my friends. So this place is best suited for someone who appreciates that way of sharing a space :) It’s possible to view the room now. Please note that digital viewings and additional photos will not be available as I value my private space. However, you're welcome to arrange for someone to check out the room on your behalf if you can't make it in person. The ad will be removed once the room has been taken. Additional info: I’m a native Danish speaker so feel free to write to me in Danish:) Also, I’m traveling 3 months starting from 29. September so you will have the space to yourself during that period. Please note though that only 1 person can stay in the apartment while I’m away and I’m not allowing any sort of parties or pre-parties. Friends visiting once in a while is of course okay:)
