Hello future roomie :), We’re searching for a like-minded person to join our apartment in Teglhomen from 1st October. No students please :). We are two positive, chill and easy-going roomies (M 31 & F 33) that have been living together for 2 years. Our current awesome roomie is moving out and we’re searching preferably for a female. We wish to have a cozy, warm, happy home, with mutual respect and occasional dinner, lunch, breakfast, activity together. The apartment The full apartment is 102m with a big living room, close to the canal. The area is lovely. - 3 min walk to the canal - 2 min walk to the bus stop and 2 supermarkets. The bus goes to the Central Station in 15 min and biking takes about 15 minutes to the city. - The new Metro is 7 min walk and reaches easily to other parts of Copenhagen There is dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The apartment is well-kept and furnished, however we want to change the style a bit and are currently going through a revamp. There is a nice large balcony. Your room is 9,8m and can either come completely empty or completely furnished :). You can agree with our current roomie when visiting. You can see the room outlined in the photo. The financials are: - Rent: 5900kr (all expenses included - internet) - Aconto: 254kr heating aconto - Internet: 100kr When moving in there will be 1 month prepaid rent and 3 months deposit. (Pets are not allowed in the building unfortunately.) About us Bianca is a 33 yo positive and creative Product Manager, working in the mutual funds industry. Always out for some event, travelling, seeing friends or trying new things, but also needs her space. Her passions are horse riding, going to theatre plays or concerts. Flo is 31 years old and works in Sales. He is an easygoing and friendly person, living in CPH for 2 years. He enjoys playing rugby and hanging out with friends. At home he likes his personal space and alone time but also enjoys the time with his flatmates. About you We want you to be around the same age or mindset, with a happy, positive outlook to life. We’d like you to be tidy and like to make a cosy home. We expect you to be financially stable and have a job. We'd want you to be quiet during the night time meaning not party every week or have loud music at night time (party room available in the building).
