Hi! We are looking for a roommate for our apartment in Frederiksberg in December. The room is about 12 sqm. There is extra room for storage inside the rest of the apartment and in our storage room in the basement. It is possible to acquire the previous tenant's furniture, if you like, or you can have it completely empty. Everything except for the private rooms is shared space which is brand new, fully furnished and equipped – note that the pictures are from when we just moved in. It's a lot homelier and more furnished now - let's arrange a visit or video call. There's a large terrace with a barbecue and a green area outside - there's even a rooftop terrace in the building, free for use. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The rent is DKK 7.000 incl. electricity, water, heating and 300 mbit internet. Deposit is 3 months. The 107 sqm. apartment is uniquely situated in one of the quieter areas of Frederiksberg at Mariendalsvej with shopping and the metro just a few minutes away. It is also possible to rent a parking spot in the parking garage under the building, and there is a gym right next door. We are two guys living here, 30 and 25, both working full-time. One is from Denmark, the other from Ireland. We are looking for a tenant who is social and would enjoy doing the occasional activity together, barbecues on the balcony, board game nights, etc. That said there should still be room for privacy and quiet, of course. We would prefer if you are working full-time as well.
