The Tea kitchen in the livingroom is with microwave, hotplates and refrigerator. It's like a "small apartment" in one side of my house, where I live with my teenage son. Bathroom you also share. I am looking for a WOMAN tenant, with a quiet personality, who keeps the rental property neat and clean and who is okay with no nightly activities after 11:00PM ind weekdays.
