For the Do-it-Yourselfer, extra amenities are available in the Pantry down the hall, including extra kitchen supplies, extra bedding, toilet paper, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc. The Pantry also contains the waste collection area for when you wish to empty your bin

DEPOSIT
The deposit for this apartment is one month's rent. The deposit will be paid together with the first rental payment two days after move-in.
