Please note the minimum stay is 3 months with different move-out dates. Landlord accepts students and young professionals between 17 up to 35 years old.To secure a room with us, they need to sign their agreement and pay a deposit, equal to 1 month’s rent. The deposit is a security deposit and will be returned to them at the end of their stay if there is no damage to the property. Rent is due monthly; the first payment will be equal to 2 months’ rent in advance. This doesn’t need to be paid upon booking, however, it will need to be paid before their arrival. Please note you will be responsible for any bank fees incurred in the transfer process. To avoid this, ensure you use the correct details (available to view on the Nido Portal) and are aware of any international transfer fees that may apply. The Standard Studios are 20m2 (or 28-29m2 BBR) and located on the ground floor. Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils.
